Regional Housing Inventory Included in the current RMLS 'Market Action' report is the above current housing inventory estimate for our region. At the current rate of sales, it will now take 7.8 months before our region 'runs out of homes.' The 1/2 month inventory increase in August puts the brakes on a six consecutive month reduction in home inventory. |
